Currently, the application plans are directly created in product CR. Although this is generally ok, it creates a link between product CR and application and does not allow for re-using of the application plans across other products (ofc it can be done by copy/paste from one cr to another).

active docs
general settings

We need to discuss the advantage of having these in form of seperate CRDs
