      What

      When tenant id deleted either via CR, UI or API the user has few weeks to restore the tenant. This isn't supported via CR. We need to extend tenant CR to support restoration of tenant.
      Possibly via a new CRD type - TenantRestore which would take either tenant ID or system name and re-create the tenant CR + sync it.
