Questions to answer
Will this require product changes or just Operator Changes
Can we implement STS support using Alternative 1 described in this doc
Failing that can we provide documentation to a customer on how to use STS for connecting.

NOTE: We do not want to support provisioning and management of RDS/ElasticCache as part of this investigation
