      An error is thrown in the browser console when TableToolbar is rendered:

      Dev notes:
      It happens when actions are shared between toolbar and overflow menu, such as in the Alerts table. AKA isShared is true.

      To reproduce:

      • Create some alerts
      • Visit /apiconfig/alerts
