      What

      Load test burst traffic at a higher Rate Per Second that 100 million per day rate to see if we have any Pod restarts before HPA can scale the Pods at 90% resources
      Requests can match limits in this scenario . Tests don't have to be particularly long 10 minutes should be sufficient
