      Developer portal is a part of the current Audience menu's information architecture, but there is no strong reason to put it under Audience from a logical point of view. So a stakeholder proposed separating the developer portal from the audience and adding it to the top context menu. At the same time, he believes that the developer portal itself is not bound to a specific account/application or subscription and there is a lot of content/things to manage that it should be in a separate context.

      This task aims to discuss if it is necessary to independent the developer portal section from the audience menu.
