    Description

      Sphinx 2 only supports MySQL 5.7 libraries. But in RHEL8 we only ship MySQL 8.x libraries. So to support porta on RHEL 8+, we need to igrate to manticore search which is a fork of Sphinx 2.x. Sphinx 3.x is not open source so is not an option.

      Moreover this may help with THREESCALE-10364
