Description
When created new tenant using the REST API, I suppose there is some kind of initialization, that is causing 404 Not Found for endpoint: `/admin/api/signup`.
The weird thing is that API can be created normally without any error.
Right now we set 45 seconds wait but not sure how reliable it is.
