In 2.15 we are planning to drop support for Redis namespaces in System (porta), and the operator should reflect that change.

Also looks like (from this documentation) that the whole point of using redis namespaces was to separate message bus and Sidekiq usage of Redis. But we don't use message bus anymore (luckily))
