      Configuring an external MySQL database is completely outdated and should be rewritten.

      As mentioned by eguzki in MR #1235

      In the installing guide, "Chapter 5. Configuring an external MySQL database" needs to be reviewed.

      • The content is about a migration, thus should not be in the installation guide
      • Review the migration guide itself. I am seeing outdated content like scaling up and down commands.
