Open Developer Portal in Incognito Browser or similar (if logged into Admin Portal

Log In as a client

Go to Messages -> Compose

Go to Sent and delete the message

Go to Trash and confirm the message is not there

Customer has advised that when logged into their Developer Portal any messages that are deleted from the Sent folder are deleted immediately instead of being moved to the trash like Inbox messages are.
