In order to add support for ACL and TLS for Redis, we need to update the redis-rb gem, but that gem isn't compatible with our current Sidekiq version 5. So we need to upgrade Sidekiq first.

• Logs format and integration with Ops tools like Kibana: (https://github.com/sidekiq/sidekiq/wiki/Logging)

Note for testers: There's nothing particular to test here, everything should work the same way, just moving to "To Test" so you are aware this upgrade happened and might cause issues, in case you notice something weird about jobs.
