Remove UML2, Relationship and XML Service metamodels and all accompanying UI and non-UI contributions.

Support for UML metamodels is not planned on being supported for Data Services modeling. Other than a go-between for Rose-type models and "relational" models, there isn't any Teiid-related need for it.

So we'd like to just remove it in 8.0
