Create Web Service Dialog has re-sizing issues

      1) Select relational model in Model Explorer
      2) Right-click select "Modeling > Create Web Service" action
      3) Dialog that comes up has large empty spaces. Re-sizing/shrinking has issues, hidden text and widgets...

      We need to clean this up
