Exception in preview VDB creation while importing JDBC model. Index file wasn't available

      1) Installed Kit M1 + Teiid CR2 bits (shouldn't matter)
      2) Created Model Project
      3) Import JDBC using Partssupplier Oracle 9i
      4) Got the following Exception. Preview VDB was being created/saved before the index file for the model was available.

      java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: File 4030705137.INDEX does not exist.
