Default Teiid Instance Is Not Restored At Startup

The Teiid View is restored at startup with all Teiid instances that were registeeiired in the Teiid View during the last session. However, which of these Teiid instances that was functioning as the default or preview instance is not restored. The default/preview Teiid instance from the last session should be restored at startup.
