VDB Editor missing "translator-name" column in model entry table

    Description

      Due to changes in the Teiid connector framework and the vdb.xml schema a "translator-name" requires being exposed to the user for editing/setting prior to VDB deployment.

      So a new column needs to be added to the editor with appropriate changes to the Vdb model framework.
