Teiid Server Editor page missing with EAP 7.x server definition

      Created a Server instance for 9.0 Teiid via JBT's EAP 7.1+ server version/type and the Teiid editor page didn't show up.

      Need to update the DQP UI plugin.xml values of valid/supported server ID's
