Value Name In Source in not set after setting in Index dialog

      1. Create Source or View model (bug in both)
      2. Right click New Child --> Index...
      3. Set name and name in source then click OK
      4. Open Table editor tab and then Indexes tab
      5. Name In Source cell is empty (ScreenShot1.png)

      After setting Name In Source in Index dialog value is not set in Index table.
