The SOAP-Relational Connector should put the SOAPAction header in double qoutes.

      Edit the SOAPAction defined on the request table in the model. Wrap the original value in double quotes.

      The SOAP-Relational connector does not put the SOAPAction header in quotes. According to the SOAP 1.1 specification, double-quotes are required. This can cause some services to throw the following exception:
