Steps to Reproduce:
Hide

create a new VDB

add a data role

in the data role dialog, switch to Permissions tab and then to Row Filter tab

click Add

select a Target, enter any Condition

uncheck Constraint

click OK

notice the Constraint tab in the data role dialog says true

Description

When adding a new row filter, unchecking the Constraint checkbox in the Add Row Filter Definition dialog does not set the constraint property to false.
