Update Designer Users Guide

Various fixes/improvements were made to dialogs, wizards and editors to improve the experience for lower-resolution screens. This included adding scrollbars to panels and re-arranging some panel contents/widgets.

Affected screen caps in http://docs.jboss.org/teiid/designer/9.0/user-guide/en-US/html/ include the following figures.
