Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import the attached project
2. Open the WsModel
3. Switch to the Table Editor tab
4. Switch to the Inputs tab
5. Click in the Content via Element column

Description

When trying to set Content via element for a web service operation input or output, the list of available elements is empty, even when there are XML Schema models in the project.
