Create an Eclipse Data Tools integration to execute VDBs deployed in Teiid Server.

      Teiid Designer currently executes VDBs with an embedded version of Teiid. Implementing the Eclipse DTP extension points will enable the designer to rely upon an external Teiid server to perform VDB execution, will provide Teiid connectivity for JBossTools, and enable the Teiid Designer to dump its fork of SQL Explorer.
