On windows environment, renamig a source model file's name using JBDS will broke a view model which uses the renamed source model

      1. Create a source model and save it
      2. Create a view model based on a source model and save it
      3. Close both of models
      4. Refactor -> Rename the source model
      5. Open the view model

      Actual Result:
      White screen is displayed in the view model window.

      Expected Behavior:
      User can open the view model as usual.

      Additional Notes:
      It works ok with teiid designer on Fedora.
