Issue with Model list in VDB editor on Windows

    Description

      In the model list in VDB editor (the table in the upper left corner), the checkboxes for synchronization and for toggling visibility can only be checked when the corresponding row is selected first (similar to TEIIDDES-2295, TEIIDDES-2294 and TEIIDDES-2293).
