There are a few problems on the VDB Editor - properties Tab - Allowed Languages section.

1) Click to add an allowed language. Enter something in the dialog and click ok. The added language does not display in the list. Should we have a drop-down of allowed languages, or is it really an ad hoc entry?
2) There are several missing i18n messages for the add dialog. See attached screenshot for example.
