Usability - When creating REST War, save the Target Data Services info to be used on subsequent creations

      When creating the REST War, the Target DataServices info (i.e., jar locations) should be saved for subsequent creations so that the user doesn't have to browse for the locations a second time.

            We no longer ask for jars in the wizard. They are auto-detected now.
