Preview VDBs and Preview Data Sources not shown on restart if properly enabled by check-boxes

After setting the Show Preview VDBs and Show Preview Data Sources check-boxes in the Teiid View & Server View to TRUE, I restarted designer.

After restart, connected to server and ran a Preview action. Expanded VDBs folder and expected to see preview VDBs but they were not present.

Had to uncheck, then check them again before the tree property showed PREVIEW objects.
