Because of class loading issues, the Teiid lib & extension folders (including jars) need to be copied into the Designer's workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.teiid.designer.dqp folder at startup. Because of the potential for patching, designer needs to reconcile if folders already exist or replace the contents each start-up.
