Removal of SF builtIn MED from SFModel results in empty model file

      1) Import a model from Salesforce (included just a couple tables - Account,BusinessHours).
      2) After import, select the Model > Manage Model Extension Definitions.
      3) In the wizard, select the salesforce extensionDefn and remove it. Click Finish.
      4) Results in the attached NPE. The resulting model.xmi file is empty and not usable.

      Encountered a problem removing the SF MED from an imported SF Model. On Finish from the ManageMEDs wizard, got NPE (attached)
