Teiid Flat File Importer issues

      Found an issue with TeiidMetadataFileInfo.defineColumns() which will result in an eventual ArgCheck exception. Need to check nextTok != null.

      Also need to filter on TeiidMetadataSourceSelectionPage to only show/process CSV and TXT files
