On the deployment panel, there is no ability to change the enabled flag for a connector or non-essential service. Now that PSC's are no longer part of the deployment and there really is no concept of deployment, the option to enable/disable was going to be used as the mechanism to disabling a connector from running (instead of undeploying it).
