    Description

      As of version 4.1 of the Npgsql driver, support seems to be dropped for an older version of the date-time format. Teiid seems to be sending this. The EntityFrameworkCore driver for Npgsql 3.1 or higher uses this (4.1.9) version.

      This post mentions the use of ODBC as an alternative. As far as I know there is no support for ODBC for EntityFrameworkCore.
