Teiid Springboot OData 4 Media Link not working for XML, but does for JSON

      Have a view with a blob and try to get the data using OData.. The JSON format will work and the XML format will throw a null pointer. 

      As soon as we remove the blob from the view it works both in XML and JSON.

      Simply having the blob in the view results in the error. Querying specific columns and thereby not querying the blob does not solve the problem.

      When serving a view with an streamable object (a blob) which is in our case a document through OData we get an error when the XML format is used. The JSON format gives us as expected a working media edit link.

      This is with Spring boot starter 1.6.0. I'm not quite sure what components are responsible for OData or XML.
