OAuth2 security with OData seems to outdated with current Keycloak 3.1.0

Running through the OData WAR to enable the OAuth2 security seems to have improved a lot and can be simplified. The document does need changes to reflect it.

Also, we could provide an additional WAR file, where changes to WAR file such as overlay or rebuilding of it can be eliminated.
