Create documents/examples for couchbase connector

DO we need re-construct the document, that separate translator from reference, deploy data source from admin, and combine them together named as connector? Most of OLAP/virtulization product has the Connector concept, which same as teiid's translator + reource adapter/data source, like prestodb as [1]
