ODBC driver documentation needs to include additional information on driver options

The documentation for the ODBC driver includes unnecessary options (for instance, "Parse Statements") and does not include any detail on options that may have a positive/negative effect on the execution of queries.

As far as the examples given, the specified options should consist of a basic working scenario with as few options enabled as needed and be consistent between the various connection approaches (Windows/odbc.ini/DSN-less) specified on the pages [1] and [2].
