Internal materialization documentation should be more clear about implicit loading

An internal materialized view table is initially in an invalid state (there is no data). If teiid_rel:ALLOW_MATVIEW_MANAGEMENT is not specified, the first user query will trigger an implicit loading of the data.

The documentation should probably explicitly say that setting the teiid_rel:ALLOW_MATVIEW_MANAGEMENT property to true will trigger the loading when the vdb is deployed.
