Major Description
Start from WildFly, management port 9999 be removed, 9990 be used, the following code/scripts need to be update to consistence with WildFly:
- adminshell/src/main/java/org/teiid/adminshell/AdminShell.java
- .build//kits/adminshell/connection.properties
