Update admin shell example(s) to assist with life cycle management tasks

Add, or update existing examples, in the admin shell tool that provide examples for life cycle management tasks. These may include (but not limited to):
deploying VDB
configuring datasource / resource adapter
deploying jdbc driver (type 4)
