Defect Tracker #24022: Need to test and document WS-RM with Axis2 in our Enterprise Web Services. Will require adding the Sandesha module to our distribution or documenting the steps on how to do this. ING is asking about our plans for WS-RM support in our roadmap, so we need to make sure this is done for 5.5/6.0.
