NPE when getting RowCount for SalesForce (from SQuirreL)

      To reproduce this test, I started JBossAS, went to SQuirreL, selected Salesforce.Contact, and selected the RowCount attribute. (As an aside, the 3 truststore errors appear before the NPE.)
