As a Pathfinder User I want to be able to generate the Adoption Candidate Distribution Report so that I can review the selected applications in the context of their effort, business criticality, confidence and inter dependencies and the decision.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Only reviewed application that satisfy the selection criteria will be shown in the table and report.
2. The report layout will be consistent with the UX design (Adoption Candidate Distribution). see comments below
3. The Criticality, Priority, Effort and Decision are the values entered via the review.
4. The Confidence is calculated by applying a formula based upon the count of Red and Amber issues within the assessment and fixed factors for each. The formula is to be defined and will be based upon this method.

5.2). Edges reflecting the application inter dependencies and their direction.
5.3). Node size proportionate to the effort.
5.4). Node position plotted by Confidence (x-axis) and Criticality (y-axis).
5.6). Node visibility - only showing applications selected in the table.
