Description of problem

Whenever try to "Create New" Controls/Application/Credential freshly (on empty page) the items are created but not shown on the page. Page's items per page shows -9-1 of 1
To see the items we need to select 10 per page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. step 1 Should be an Empty page and click on "Create New"
2. step 2 Create the items on the page and observe the items per page field
3. step ...

Actual results

Items are not shown on the page and also item's per page -9-1 of 1

Expected results

Whenever any items are created on empty page items should be shown and also the default items per page should be 10
