Application inventory : Missing filters on 'Copy assessment' and 'Copy assessment and review' pages

Description of problem

The 'Copy assessment' and 'Copy assessment and review' pages only have two filters for applications : Name and Business service.

Both Application inventory->Assessment and Application inventory->Analysis have these filters in addition to Name and Business service:
Description, Credential type, Repo type, Artifact

Expected results

The 'Copy assessment' and 'Copy assessment and review' pages should have the same filters as the Application inventory->Assessment and Application Inventory->Analysis pages.

In Tackle 1.2, the 'Copy assessment' and 'Copy assessment and review' pages have the same filters as the Application inventory page.
