Description of problem

The business service filter is broken for applications. This issue didn't occur when I tested 2.1 in late July.

Steps to Reproduce:

1)Create a few applications. Associate them with a business service.
2)Use the 'Business service' filter to filter applications either on the Application inventory->Assessment page or Application inventory->Analysis page .

Actual results

Business service filter is broken for applications

Expected results

Business filter should filter applications based on the business filter associated with applications.
