A new migration path for Azure is required. This will require the creation a completely new card "Azure" with the text "Upgrade your Java application so it can be deployed in different flavors of Azure."

The card will include a dropdown as well:

Values will be "azure-aks" and "azure-appservice". These will be the values to be passed to the Windup CLI.
