After a successful 'Copy assessment and review', the review fields get updated only after navigating away from the page or after refreshing the page.

2.The 'Risk' field is updated without refreshing the page or navigating away from the page.
3. 'Assessment' and 'Review' fields correctly show 'Completed'.
