Updating Tags field by removing the attached tags doesn't get reflected in Details .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. step 1 For an application click on Edit to Update application
2. step 2 In Tags remove the attached tags from an application
3. step 3 Clicked on expand for the details of the Application
